Another good performance from the tigers as we look to push up the table in th 2nd half
of the season. Blackburn played 5 at the back so where difficult to break down and where
dangerous on the counter but city held there nerve and made a break through in the 69th
minute, Blackburn had to push for the equiliser and hull capitalized with nihat sealing the 3 points.

well what can i say about this game , could of gone either , basically we both thrown are kitchen sink at the game and if most the chance in the score line would have been like 6-6 but for some reason am really of form at minute , and great credit to hull they dig dip and got the 3 points well played m8 , and for blackburn we got sort are self out before we go to the super cup games or it will be embarising, well played ajb and good look with rest of games bud

well what can i say, in a game i wasnt totally confident on even scoring in due to friendly results, I delayed the game for as long as possible as chelsea have been somewhat underperforming in the 2nd half of the season.

I came out on full attack as thought i would need an early goal, 4-0 up at ht and chelsea playing as a complete unit

Man u very unlucky not to get a goal or 2 but dominant performance here and a happy manager

Man Of The Match - Frank Lampard

Good game blaps ... umbileivable

All the Man U boss has to say after that defeat is '' Total Domination '' as Chealea ease there way to Victory over Man U. Chealea broke the Dead lock in the 23rd minute with a Drogba pushing his way through the Man U defence then slotting the ball past Alves' right hand side. After this, Chealsea coud not stop scoring. all types of shots coming from left, right and center, troubling the Man U's Keeper. A Brilient half from Chealsea's point of View but a Horribl one from the Man U end with Man U not even getting a Shot on Target. At this point Man U had no chance in getting back, but Man U kept fighting until the last minuit with There first Chance coming to Van Persi in the 87 minuite from the eage of the box and he hits the cross bar. after this Cealsea get another goal from Henry with a loverly chip over the keeper to End the Game .

A well deserved win Blaps very well done ... If you dont win the Manager of the season award I dont know who will. Again well done with that magnificent preformace and good luck for the rest of the season , not like your gonna need it lol

very closely fought game boro went 1 up, pool went 1-3 up, 2-3 @ half time,
then pool made it 2-4 shortly after the break. but boro were never out of it and pushed hard to keep pool @ bay and counter for the goal that would have got the pool on edge.
highlight of the game for me was when torres broke from kick off after goin 1 down he got to the edge of the box and was hacked by huth.. which replays suggested was inside the box, ref gave free on edge of box and yellow card to huth.
up steps deco to curl in the free and put the pool back on track.

good game m8 and best of luck for the rest of the season .. u gave me a lot to think bout durin the game was a hard fought victory.

A well matched game with boro starting the strongest,they looked like scoring until a good move put city 1nil ahead, after that both teams created chances then eventually boro got a deserved goal to equilise but before they could settle the tigers went ahead again straight from kick off, just when i thought i had enough to see the game out boro capatilize on a bad error and level again and i thought a point was gonna be the likely outcome but again straight from kick off nihat managed to win 3 points, boro should feel hard done by as they deserved a point .

Good game, i feel i should have won this, was pressuring his defence all game, just could create a decent chances, Spurs only shot was scored but a former man city player Arteta.
Del piero also caused problems, another former man city player.

gg m8....toon were very nervous in this game needing a vital 3 points to move up the league to keep up with the pack above them.....but toon should have scored a few more but the nerves shone through and im sure this will help toon settle for the next few games
