can i ask why top league managers cant bid for him? it was actually me that noticed he wasnt at fulham because im interested in him lol....if possible i would put a 7mil bid in if you change your mind to top flight managers 2

Top flight managers are not allowed to bud as all of the big clubs are pricing Championship siodes out of the market for even the players who are 58 etc.

There will be players from here on in that are reserved for Championship sides only.

For the record: Birmingham and Derby are classed as Premiership sides, and Watford and Fulham are now classed as Championship sides.
