Palermo taking a page out of the Liverpool book and playing 6 at the back and relying constantly on the long counter attack passes to S.Aguero.

Very much anti-football as Sevilla controlled the posession and actually tried to pass the ball about and work an opening - But when you play against a team with 6 centre backs it proves difficult.

Squillaci now back from injury for Sevilla to concentrate on the league and Super Cup.

am only working on what am crap at and thats defending a gd at going forward and there was no long ballz to aguero it was short pases between forwards and cam raul which rip sevilla defence apart but a wins a win a dont give a dam how a do it a need a good run to keep my job lol

i feel if that 1st goal didnt go in that way the game would ave been alot close

What can I say...this game summed up my Champs Cup Campaign. Inter went down to ten men early on when Zanetti fowled Luis Fabiano what seemed to be clearly inside the box. The ref saw it different and gave the freekick - which Aimar could not convert.

Sevilla could not make the extra man count and only managed 1 shot on target in the whole match...woeful!

Inter done well with 10 men and Kaka managed to sneak a winner.

Chelsea Spokeman released a statement:

"Chelsea were disappointed with the first match and team captain John Terry has approached DKBlaps to say the team will not be playing the 2nd leg as they forefit in protest of an undisclosed issue.

DKblaps would like to apologise to the fans and to the other managers but Chelsea as a club feel this is the only option they have left and would like to make it clear to the fans this decision is irrespective of the result.

amazing game to be involved in, no defensive tactics from either team, just amazing free flowing attacking football.

ibra opened the scoring on the 45th minute with a left foot bullet into the top corner.

modric equalised on 48 mins with a cheeky lob over the onrushing inter keeper. kaka then restroed the lead before amauri thought he had got a draw with a 90th minute header but kaka capitalised on some nervy defending and gave inter a comanding 1st leg lead.

WOW, talk about starting in top gear, madrid were out of the blocks straight away creating numerous chances before a pin point modric cross found the yak at the back stick to power home the opener, madrid now needing 1 more due to away goals, this duely arrived in the 36th minute via the ever impressive modric, yak then added a 3rd on the stroke of half time and madrid were cruising,

2nd half started better for milan, quaresma pulled one back on 77mins and madrid got nervy but luka broke down the right and passed to amauri who rolled it back and back heeled it in, the travelling madrid fans erupted.

MADRID WIN 6-4 ON AGGREGATE
