Season 4
Ok Guys,
Firstly the bad news is the new Forum is not going to be complete for Season 4, there are some little glitches that need fixed (I can assure you it will be worth the wait).
Now before I start I would like to confirm that when the Transfer Window closes at the end of pre-season every team must have at least 18 players within there squad.
Now this will not include Loan deals so if you are planning on loaning out a player or 2 you will need a squad of 19-20 so you still have at least the 18 players needed.
There are a couple of teams at the moment who only have 17 or 18, this will need to be rectified before the Window closes - we don't care if you sign a couple of Free Transfers as long as you have 18 players.
Punishment for not having 18 will be a Points Deduction. (Just so everyone is clear).
Now to the new stuff:
As im sure everyone's aware we like to add something every season to improve and try and make things more relistic. So for Season 4 we will introduce player injuries.
Injuries
At the start of the season everyone will be able to play from lets say Week 1 - 5.
Before the season starts the Database will randomly pick 41 players who are injured:
10 of which will be for 1 week;
10 for 2 weeks;
10 for 3 Weeks; 10 for 4 weeks and;
finally the unlucky player who is injured for 5 weeks.
Once everyone has played their 5 games, as usual we will open up from lets say Weeks 6 -10 again.
The Database will again select 41 players to be injured with the same layout, this layout will run all the way to the end of the end of the season.
The player selection is completely random. We dont know who will be injured.
Using Chelsea as an example, it could be anyone from P.Cech -88 to F.Ferreira -64.
41 players may not seem like alot as we have over 3000 players on the current database (some of which are free transfers).
We are only being cautious at this stage and if sucessful we will increase the number for the following seasons - So you may get through a whole season with no injuries.
Punishment for fielding an injured player will be Match Void and either Points deduction or Sacked.
I urge all members to check thier squad page on a regular basic - and your opponents as well!
Auctions:
We have dug out 7 Players for Auction in the Pre-Season, their not the best overall wise but may do a decent job for you. (These are players who signed to a Prem, La Liga, Serie A or Championship side in January).

Salaries
We are increasing the Wages for all players above 80 overall by 50%, you may want to reavaluate your squad for Season 4
Job/Contracts Negotiations
As everyone knows at the end of the season, the Board will confirm if they still want you as manager and you will also have possible offers from other teams.
This season their will be a list of Managers who will be offered a extention, but no other clubs will make an offer - basiclly the members who have just recently taken over nearer the end of the season.
For everyone else, the dates and times for as I like to call it "Mayhem Night" will be confirmed via the usual end of Season e-mail - sent by Keeno1984 or Bosic84.
